IF YOU WANT a wedding celebration customer-made
for you, nothing beats a tent reception. You pick everything, from the right location
and layout to the perfect lighting and decorations, to create the wedding of your
dreams.
BOOK
EARLY We recommend booking six to eight months before your wedding.
We can also help you book your caterer, florist, photographer and DJ. HAVE
AN ON-SITE CONSULTATION We would be more
than happy to come to your site and see if you have any special needs such as
additional space for catering and restroom facilities. Personal Touch can help
make these arrangements as well. DETERMINE
ADVANCE TIME FOR INSTALLATION Check with
your floral designer and other vendors to see how much time they'll need for set-up
before the celebration. In most cases one to two days in advance should be plenty
of time for everyone to finish the job, but if you have elaborate lighting or
floral arrangements you may need to pitch the tent a bit earlier. Make sure you
also arrange for a dismantling date. Personal Touch can take care of all these
arrangements for you, and more. Be sure to ask about Personal Touch's wedding
coordination services! CONSIDER
YOUR CLIMATE You'll want air-conditioners to keep your guests cool
in the steamy summer months, and heaters to warm them if the fall or spring air
turns brisk. Also consider installing flooring throughout the tent because rain
might make the ground beneath soft. Just ask for a quote! BE
